I was eager to start working double stranded on my mystery ball with navy. I love it. I haven’t worked on an afghan double stranded in white some time, but it is awesome! I like the colors so far and I had forgotten how quickly a double stranded worsted weight granny square works up on an N hook. This was what I worked up on Friday while watching a show.
One of my critics ( and supporters), my father, said the square wasn’t so interesting at first, because there wasn’t that much variation In color, but as the square has progressed, it has gained more character. What I like most about this project, is that the colors seamlessly coordinate from one to the next.
When I finish the two stranded portion, I’m going to finish the afghan in navy. Stay tuned!
